Equipment Introduction
This production line takes polypropylene (PP) chips as the main raw material, adds color masterbatch, cooling masterbatch, ultraviolet stabilizer and other additives, according to a certain ratio by melt spinning, the inner ring blowing cooling to form the silk bundle, the silk bundle through the oiling tank oiling, through the second level of the drafting system, drawing, winding machine curling, relaxation of the heat-setting machine, and then according to the length of the fixed length of the cut-off machine cut off the made of polypropylene staple fibers, and finally through the baler baling. The range of finished fiber is 1.5D-15D with normal running speed of 160m/min and production capacity of 3500 tons/year.
