Equipment Introduction
This equipment takes polyethylene resin as raw material to be melted and extruded by screw extruder, and uses rotary die to make drainage net core with three-dimensional drainage structure, and then composite geotextile with drainage net core by on-line thermal composite device to make three-dimensional composite drainage net, which can produce drainage net or composite drainage net with core thickness of 5-8mm and maximum width of 3m, with a production capacity of 2,000 tons/year.
